WRIGHTS GATE Reviews
~ Jill Kitchens-Palenzuela
A few glimpses from my lesson with Cassidy Nutter Lambert. She has been working a lot on me lately; helping me shed my deeply ingrained habits from a foundation of riding hunters, through lots of repetition and calling me out when the old habits resurface.
These changes will not only translate to improvements in Shibumi’s performance as a dressage horse, but will also keep me from cringing when I watch videos of myself riding I am slowly but surely learning to respect myself as an equestrian. It’s been a journey to say the least, but a fun one!
Jill Kitchens-Palenzuela with her partner Shibumi (left) received scores in the 60s at 2nd level test 3. She received a qualifying score at 2nd level while keeping calm under the pressure of the show arena. These two have just started to tap into their talent as their partnership grows. I foresee a very exciting show year ahead.

Cassidy Lambert is a gift to dressage. Her teaching style is clear, direct, and she really likes to make sure her riders understand the how and the why behind exercises. Riding my Lipizzan stallion who was trained further than I was happened to be a lot more challenging than I thought. Cassidy helped us find more harmony in our relationship, and helps me still in developing my horsemanship.
I always break a sweat, I always learn something, and I always laugh in our lessons. Whether you’re looking to solve a problem with your horse, get them off to the right start, compete, or anything in between. Cassidy Nutter Lambert is the best kept secret in North Georgia.

We had Cassidy Nutter over to Black Sheep Farm today for a dressage clinic, she was awesome! She may be young but she knows her stuff, she comes by it honestly (Gigi Nutter). I wish I had more pics! She worked through a wide range of issues with calm, wisdom. Everyone loved her! She's coming back next month, let me know if you want to audit, she's worth an afternoon! Here is Emily with Mei (aka Fireball)! ~
